Thrill in Beliza rainforest

I had the plan to go on holidays with my girl friend in such a place where we will have our own privacy from known people. As I was planning my holidays with my girl friend I came across this wonderful place. Contacted the tour agent and asked him to book tickets and make the arrangement to stay at this wonderful place. At last we arrived to Belize city and were transfer to Chaa Creek via Belize Zoo. We were fully thrilled to watch early bird walk and then went to see Vaca/Chumpiate Cave. We decided to just went inside and relaxed it their for a while had some little fun with each other. We had the first kissing on our tour at this cave aha what a cool kissing it was. To walk in the night in the rainforest was amazing. We all were sitting at the different place while some walk, suddenly one of our group members shouted saying that she has seem big lizard going over her head, my girlfriend saw a bird which is to be of different shape. She had captured those photographs in her mobile. We have been informing that there are at least 60 species of birds at Turneffe, birding is another highlight. The night in the jungle was so enjoyable and with the moonlight it was dazzling with completely differently. The next destination what we have visited was beyond our imagination. We were in the butterfly farm. This was our first watch that butterfly were flying even in the nighttime. They were so attractive with different colors and size we all enjoyed them.

Just keep in your mind

JUST HAVE A CONTROL ON YOURSELF AND KEEP IN MIND

Food

The study of food is called food science. In English, the term food is often used metaphorically or figuratively, as in food for thought

STRETCHING IS A GOOD WARM-UP FOR EXERCISE?
Though you see people doing them, Toe touches and calf stretches won't prepare your muscles for a workout. The only way to warm up, say experts is with light aerobic exercise, walking, easy jogging or stationary cycling, for example. Do this for five to ten minutes and you are good to go. Muscles are like toffee- when cold, they are stiff and can tear if you over extended them. But they are pliable once the blood is pumping. In fact, you can save stretching for post -exercise. But don't skip it, the range of motion that limbering up supplies protects against injury and makes your next workout easier. When you do stretch, hold each position steady for ten to 30 seconds.

FREE YOUR MIND:
You cannot pretend that darkness and sadness do not exist in life. on the contrary, it is actually dangerous to deny their existence. The freedom of the human mind gives one the chance to choose his or her attitude or action in any given set of circumstances. Every contact and thing around us teaches us something about life.

Pregnant women who have periodontal disease may be seven times more likely to have a baby born either too early or too small.
